As part of our rebrand to Nebula we have compiled the following FAQs to support you. Please review these and reach out to the Nebula team should you have any further questions!
Why have you rebranded? With new products, and the internal teams that deliver and support them working across all our product brands, it was the right time for us to redefine our overarching brand, unite our people under a single umbrella, and create something more in keeping with the business we are today.
Does this mean I need to sign a new reseller agreement? No, your current reseller agreement remains valid and there is nothing you need to sign to ensure we continue working together.
Do I need to update any billing information I hold with you as a supplier? All future invoices you receive will be branded as ‘Nebula’ and will be payable to ‘Nebula Cloud Limited’. Therefore you will need to update any templates you hold in your online banking to reflect the change of name from TelcoSwitch Limited. All bank account details remain unchanged.
Is there new contact information I need to know for support, sales, etc? The change of name means that our contact email addresses for things like support, sales contacts, etc. have all changed. So if you emailed
joe.bloggs@telcoswitch.com you would now email
joe.bloggs@nebulacloud.com But don’t worry, our old email addresses will still route to the right team or person for now. So please do use our new contact addresses as you see them, but don’t be concerned that we won’t receive something you send to an old email address.
Do I need to remove references to TelcoSwitch from my website? Yes please. We would ask that you remove any references to the TelcoSwitch name from your website as soon as reasonably possible. This is especially important in regards to your channel partner status, as any TelcoSwitch channel, platinum, or carbon partner is now the Nebula equivalent. We will supply you with the relevant updated branding assets shortly, and should you have any immediate questions please email

I talk about TelcoSwitch in my sales collateral, do I need to change this? As the TelcoSwitch brand will cease to exist we would recommend removing any references to it in any customer facing material you have created. The CallSwitch One brand remains unchanged, and our white-label branding service through the partner portal (along with downloadable media kits) are of course current and available for you to use.
Why have you chosen the name Nebula?
Nebula is the name of the platform upon which all our products are built, including CallSwitch One. While it is a name partners and customers won’t have heard us mention often, or at all, it’s a name we have used internally for several years. When we first considered rebranding we brainstormed lots of ideas, which included going through all of our technical documents - and that’s how the name presented itself to us!
Is there anything I need to inform my end-customers about? No - there is no need to inform your customers, and none of the changes we have made have any impact on them.
Is any of the branding changing on CallSwitch One? No - the CallSwitch One product brand will remain the same and we will not be making any changes to this.
