Nebula has officially launched its new MSP Partner Programme, a tiered initiative designed to help managed service providers accelerate growth more effectively through enhanced training, sales enablement and go-to-market support.
The MSP Partner Programme brings together everything Nebula has learned from working closely with its 700 strong channel community, formalising support into three tiers - Certified, Premium and Elite - with partners progressing as their active customer base grows.
At the Certified level, the programme is designed to help partners get to market quickly and with confidence. It combines technical training, pre-sales support and white-label automated assets, enabling channel partners to sell and support voice services without slowing their pipeline as teams scale.
As partners progress to the Premium and Elite tiers, the focus becomes increasingly commercial. These tiers introduce structured sales training, digital performance audits, exhibition support and targeted B2B prospecting data from Nebula’s outbound demand generation team. Partners also benefit from enhanced marketing funding and early access to new platform capabilities - all designed to help generate demand, win new opportunities and build a repeatable, scalable pipeline.
“Channel partners don’t just want great products, they want vendors who actively help them grow,” said Simon Blackwell, Chief Marketing Officer at Nebula. “We know partners choose us because our technology is quick and simple to deploy and scale. The MSP Partner Programme applies that same logic to training, marketing, and sales enablement, removing friction and helping partners win more business.”
The launch follows Nebula’s strongest year yet for partner engagement and enablement. In 2025 alone, partners downloaded marketing and sales assets from its online portal more than 10,000 times, reflecting growing demand for white-label resources, media, sales tools and technical documentation in a year where its channel partners added over 50,000 net new CallSwitch One users.
Nebula’s Training Academy has also continued to expand, with over 800 partner employees trained in the past 12 months across onboarding, technical training, and focused workshops.
“Our role isn’t just to provide great technology,” Blackwell added. “It’s to help partners build predictable pipelines, stronger brands and more confident sales and support teams. The MSP Partner Programme is a long-term commitment to that mindset.”
The Nebula MSP Partner Programme is live with immediate effect. Existing partners will be aligned to the appropriate tier based on their volume of active users, with clear pathways to unlock additional benefits as they grow.
