Created for any company with passionate customer service teams, CallSwitch One Analytics enables SME businesses to effectively track staff activity, utilisation levels, and team performance, without the need for contact centre licences or third-party solutions.
Built entirely in-platform utilising Nebula’s proprietary IP, CallSwitch One Analytics enhance customer experience and reduce missed revenue opportunities with features including:

CallSwitch One Analytics is now available as a simple monthly subscription add-on, following an extensive six month development cycle, with a pre-release provided to select channel partners.
