Jez took up the role of Head of Customer Experience in 2023, bringing a wealth of knowledge from his six years at Yay.com before its acquisition in 2022. In his role, Jez leads our group-wide teams responsible for supporting our channel partners and end customers, covering numbering, technical support and porting divisions of the business, and is intimately involved in our product roadmap across all brands.
