Nebula Strengthens Channel Ecosystem Through Support to Win Partnership

Nebula is excited to announce their new partnership with Support to Win (STW), expanding the resources and expertise available to its channel partners. The service enables Nebula partners to take advantage of STW’s white-label customer-facing support offering for CallSwitch One, built for a number of use cases, including:

  • Giving partners who are new to voice services the time to upskill / recruit staff without losing immediate UCaaS pipeline.
  • Maintaining support levels to end-customers during seasonal busy periods or temporary internal staff shortages (such as maternity / paternity cover).
  • UK wide customer enablement both remote and on site. 
  • Enabling smaller resellers to focus on sales while outsourcing support on a short, medium, or longer term basis as required.

Through this partnership, Nebula partners gain access to award-winning, UK-based customer support without the burden or delays of investment. As a white-label offering, the STW service ensures a uniform brand experience for end customers, delivered through experienced support staff who are fully technically trained and accredited by Nebula to support CallSwitch One.
